Concept & Co. Architectes (formerly Concept Consult Architectes) is an architectural firm founded in 1997 by Australian architect David Linford, who partnered with Christian Berutto in 1999. Driven by a commitment to cultivate a conceptual research and development program inherent to each project, Concept & Co. Architects go beyond simply designing and executing projects. They also offer preliminary design consultations, feasibility studies, and expert assessments. CCA is committed to the client’s need while respecting costs, budgets, and schedules (cost control through CFC and CFE). Respect for the environment and the use of renewable energy in all CCA constructions are paramount. The use of natural materials is always prioritized in order to create harmony within the work, the landscape and the environment.
